Some history of Home2b.nl
First period of existence.
The first 3 years of Home2b.nl
March 2002 until March 2005
The upward trend was in these starting years
about 48 new readers every month.
We even went above 2000 readers two times.
This first period was taken to be 37 months.
After 37 months we had a sudden jumping up towards 3000 and more
readers monthly.
Second period of existence of Home2b.nl
a period of 19 months
April 2005 until October 2006
The monthly number of readers went up in that period
with 138 new readers a month.
Almost three times more then the trend in the first period.
Month 49 March 2006 was really amazing,
the first time we came above 7000 readers.
It took us 22 months to reach this number of 7000 again :-)
Third period of existence, a period of 20 months
November 2006 until June 2008
The third period was taken during 20 months.
We opened the third period because we had a fall-back from 5500
towards 4000 readers a month.
We closed the third period when we again had a fall-back to 5000
readers a month.
The trend was 309 new readers monthly.
Two times a fall back in the number of readers has never been
explained.
The history of the website in our opinion consists of
the history of the
content and the number of readers.
The numbers of readers had two times an amazing fall back of
numbers.
After a few months luckily there has been a recovery of the
interest in the website.
Fourth period of existence.
July 2008 until June 2011
Fourth Period of the History of Home2b.nl
July 2008 until June 2011
In
this fourth period of the history of Home2b.nl the trend was 356 new readers
every month.
It is
clear that we recovered from the second fall-back in the number of readers
by a
healthy larger trend in the number of new readers per month.
There
is a periodical wave and a positive trend in the number of readers with a
period of 16 months.
During
this fourth period we tripled our number of monthly readers
for
which we are very thankful.
We
ended this fourth period not because of a fall-back,
but
because of a sudden jumping up towards above 20,000 readers
The Fifth Period in the History of Home.2b.
Starting at July 2011, which is month 113 and still going on in
month 178 (december 2016).
This
fifth period opens with the number of readers every month above 20,000.
and
since September 2013 we did not go below 30,000 readers per month.
The
trend is 679 new readers a month.
This
is almost two times more then the trend of the Fourth Period.
We
reached for the first time more then 80,000 monthly readers in July 2016.
There
is clearly a periodic wave in the trend with a duration of 16 months.
